UPDATES TO SAFE ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

To comply with the Assurance of Discontinuance (AOD) established by the Attorney General of New York State, the Diocese is obligated to implement modifications to its existing safe environment protocols.

Please ensure that all individuals within your community are fully informed about these adjustments.

MANDATORY REVISED CODE OF CONDUCT SIGNATURE

All personnel are required to review and sign the updated code of conduct accessible via their Virtus accounts.

This revised code delineates the principles and expectations for appropriate behavior and interactions with minors in the Diocese, fostering a secure and respectful environment.

EMPLOYEES

VOLUNTEERS

NEW MEMBERS OF THE DIOCESE

• Required to attend Live Virtus Training
