3K and Pre-K Families Survey

Please fill out the survey! Your participation is vital to our school! The deadline is March 25th.

Survey can be completed online- in any of the nine NYCDOE supported languages -All survey takers can go to NYCSchoolSurvey.org to access the survey. Families completing the survey enter the letter “f” (lowercase) followed by the student’s nine-digit OSIS number, and complete the survey.
