Why SJCA?
The Early Morning Program begins at 7:10 a.m. and concludes at 8 a.m.
The Afternoon Extended Day Program begins at dismissal and concludes at 5:30 p.m.
The Academy has a newly renovated, well-equipped science STEM lab, and students in first through eighth grades receive lab time in addition to their scheduled science classes.
Free yellow bus service is available ro students who live within District 30 and meet additonal requirements.
Global language study is offered in Spanish for kindergarten to eighth grade and in Mandarin for kindergarten to fourth grade.
Used by early childhood program instead of the outdoor playground when it is cold outside.
Yoga and mindfulness classes for pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, as well as residency programs in modern dance, film-making and drama for select grade levels.
