NO CHILD WILL BE PERMITTED TO REGISTER FOR THIS PROGRAM WHO HAS AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE FROM LAST YEAR. ALL ACCOUNTS FROM LAST YEAR MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY SEPTEMBER 7TH IN CASH, CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER.
St. Joseph’s Extended Day Program is supervised by Mrs. Fiffe and Mrs. Grieco, and the faculty of St. Joseph Catholic Academy. The Program follows the St. Joseph Catholic Academy Schedule.
2:45 p. m. to 5:45 p. m. – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
12:45 p. m. to 5:45 p. m. – Wednesday and all half-days
Children should be picked up no later than 5:45 p. m. via the schoolyard from Room 106.
Activities: Homework supervision followed by a variety of activities involving all the children in the program: Gym, Arts and Crafts, Motor Activities.
Registration Fee: $100.00 (Non-Refundable)
Supply Fee: $30.00 (Non-Refundable)
Bi-Monthly Payment Schedule:
One Child: $475.00
Two Children: $685.00
Three Children: $855.00
Bi-Monthly fees are due: At Registration for September/October and the first week of November, 2020, and January, March and May of 2021. Bills will be sent to the parents and should be paid upon receipt. *** There are no refunds for unused time. ***
Fees for Daily Usage – (1 to 4 days per week)
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays – $25.00 per child, $15 second child
Wednesdays and all other half days – $35.00 per child, $25 second child
**Parents who use the program on a daily basis (1 to 4 days per week) will be billed at the end of each month. These fees are payable upon receipt of the bill.
***All bills are payable upon receipt. There is a 5 days limit for payments, after which you will be called and you will have to pick up your child. They will not be allowed to stay until full payment is made. There will be no outstanding amounts on any fees permitted. Full payment is required when billed.
*** In case of emergency: Students may stay in the Extended Day Program. This is a onetime stay.
If a student(s) attends more than one time they must be registered.
Cost: $25.00 per day
$35.00 Wednesday and any day that has an 11:45 dismissal
Registration: The Registration and Supply fees of $130.00 per family must accompany the Registration form for this program. The fee for the first bi-monthly payment for September/October must accompany the Registration Form and Registration Fees.
Calendar: The Extended Day Program is not in session when school is closed for holidays, snow closings, and professional days. Refer to the monthly school calendar for all information.
